Dan Bates

Dan Bates is the President of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. He was brought in to restructure the Chamber, implement it’s Strategic Plan and position the organization to become a driving force for business and economic development in the area. A member of the Lower Bucks Chamber for over 13 years, he is well known in the business community.

Dan is the Founder of Business Marketing Alliance and Initiative Administrator for Building Blocks In Bucks County. He has worked with well-known corporations such as Bloomingdales, Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden and Revlon International and assisted numerous local businesses develop strategic marketing plans, implement these strategies and create a consistent brand image. In recent years Dan developed the Student Mentoring Program in partnership with local high schools and The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.

Dan is the recipient of the Felicia A. Gibbons Award from Bucks County Children and Youth, the Chamber of Commerce Business Education Partnership Award and the Chamber’s Theodore L. Mitchell Award for outstanding commitment and dedicated service to our region’s youth and community.

As the regions ‘Go-To’ guy for Non Profit organizations, he has been instrumental in the marketing and business planning for organizations like The Bucks County Performing Arts Institute, Libertae, Bucks County Immunization Coalition, Ivins Outreach Center and the Essex County New Jersey Immunization Coalition.

Dan continues to re-energize many local businesses to find new customers and nurture existing business clients through marketing initiatives and unforgettable events.

Dan, a long-term resident of Bucks County, has served on several boards and advisory committees. He continues to be a passionate volunteer for business and human services organizations.
